Patient Refill Requests

To request a prescription refill, call the phone number on your prescription label, submit a request using our phone app, or submit an online request using the form below. To download our pharmacy’s app, visit rxlocal.com or text “rxlocal” to 64890. Please enter the prescription number(s) located on your prescription label that you wish to refill.

If you are out of refills, we will contact your doctor to request additional fills for your medication. This can take time, as most doctors are unable to respond to these requests the same day. To make sure that you do not run out of your medication, it is helpful to contact us a few days earlier than normal to ensure your doctor has time to get back to us.
